Die Praxis besteht seit 2011 und hat im Oktober 2018 neue R\u00e4umlichkeiten im Fahrenkr\u00f6n in Bramfeld bezogen.\r\n\r\nUnseren Patienten bieten wir in enger Zusammenarbeit mit \u00c4rzten und medizinischen Einrichtungen eine reflektierte und fundierte Therapie. Die Basis bilden regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Fortbildungen und ein enges interdisziplin\u00e4res Zusammenspiel. Zus\u00e4tzlich legen wir gro\u00dfen Wert auf ein kollegiales und f\u00f6rderndes Miteinander.\r\n\r\nSchwerpunktm\u00e4\u00dfig arbeiten wir unter anderem in den folgenden Bereichen: Neurologie, Orthop\u00e4die, Geriatrie, P\u00e4diatrie und Chirurgie. Es finden sowohl Hausbesuche als auch Termine in unserer Praxis statt. Weiterhin kooperieren wir mit dem Kindergarten Don Cham\u00e4leon, sowie mit sozialen Einrichtungen und Pflegeeinrichtungen und gew\u00e4hrleisten damit das individuelle Wohl unserer Patienten. Wir unterst\u00fctzen unsere Patienten von Anfang an bei der Beratung, in Erstgespr\u00e4chen und schlie\u00dflich in der Therapie
